"It has been one year since I first met Carrie. We discussed why I was there and what I hoped to accomplish.  From our discussion, Carrie helped me come up with 5 goals to focus on each day.  She guided me through the use of my journal and how to keep track of the goals.  I think using the journal was a big reason why I lost the rest of the weight I needed to lose and stuck to the exercise schedule we agreed upon. I continue using the journal daily even though my time with Carrie came to an end.  For the first time in my life, I am keeping the weight off that I lost.  Carrie taught me to adjust the goals as I accomplished them or needed a change.  She helped me set up a schedule for cardio and resistance work that I still continue.  I was nervous when my time ended with Carrie because I relied on my weekly check in meetings with her.  She let me know that I could text or email her if I felt the need.  She always gets back to me quickly if I do contact her.  I have recommended Carrie to friends since I had such a positive experience with her."

Joining Carrie and all the other members back in Oct 2014 has been a life changing choice for me.  Deep down I knew in my heart something had to change.  Carrie gave me tools to be aware of the path I was going down every week.  Journal your food, daily goals and whatever it takes to make this a habit.  Slow and steady is how I have been  challenging myself: think more, eat better and exercise .
