We strongly suggest reserving your services in advance to ensure you can enjoy them at the time you prefer. We do take walk-ins IF we have availability.

This is probably the most common question that spa-goers are afraid to ask, but don’t be. Your therapist will make you feel comfortable and will give you instructions about what you should expect when it comes to undressing. If the treatment requires you to remove your clothing, your therapist will leave the room so you can do so privately. As a general rule, most treatments require that you are draped. We encourage guests to disrobe to the level they are comfortable for their treatments. If you are receiving additional services, we will provide a robe in the treatment room. If you’re not sure what to expect – just ask!

Guests under the age of 18 will need written parental consent to enjoy a spa service. Guests under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

We ask that guests receiving a new treatment arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork. We also ask that guests not talk on cell phones, or use sound on their electronic devices while at the Spa as a courtesy to other guests.

Your therapist’s role is to create the most enjoyable experience possible, so it’s important to speak up if you have any questions or concerns. Before the treatment begins, make the spa staff aware if you’re pregnant, nursing or if you have any allergies or medical conditions. It’s also important to let your therapist know when you feel uncomfortable at any time during your spa service. Whether it’s the pressure of the massage, room temperature, or even how one of the products feels or smells, make your therapist aware. You’re paying for a service and your therapist will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

The Spa has a 24-hour change or cancellation policy for all services. Any changes or cancellations made within 24-hours will result in the full charge of your spa treatments including tax and gratuity. Guests arriving late for their services will receive the remainder of their treatment time so as not to inconvenience other guests. Please plan your visit and travel accordingly, The Spa is not responsible for traffic, weather, or any other types of delay.

If you feel that you would like to try another service provider feel free. Each staff member is unique in their touch and their view points. Your services will be done using the same procedure, but with a different touch. We are all teammates and want you, as our client, to feel comfortable trying services from another member of our team.
