If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us via phone, email or send us a private message on Facebook Messenger and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Please feel free to contact our friendly staff to schedule your appointment as well. They will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment as well as answer questions and offer suggestions on services to fit your individual needs.
PLEASE PROVIDE 24 HOURS WHEN CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
The spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services. Any cancellations made within 24hrs of your service will result in a required prepayment for future appointments.
Guests failing to show up for their appointment will be required to pay for 100% of their missed appointment before scheduling future visits. All future visits must be paid for in advance.
Guests arriving late for their services will receive the remainder of their treatment time so as not to inconvenience other guests. Please plan your visit and travel accordingly. We do have an extensive waiting list here at the spa. However, with little or no notice ,these appointments cannot be filled. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Appointments
Preparing For Your Appointment
We request arrive on time for your service. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. If you need to make any adjustments to your appointment time, you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Glow is perfect for hosting Bridal Parties, Girls Day/Night out, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and even office parties. Contact the spa to discuss your next event!
Glow Skincare and Spa reserves the right to request non refundable deposit payments for these large services.
